All payments must be made in US funds. Deposits may be paid only with a credit card. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. We do not accept checks of any kind.
A ONE night Advance deposit including 11% hotel tax is required to confirm a reservation up Four (4) nights. For longer stays, a TWO night Advance deposit is required. The remaining balance of your reservation plus a $9.50 Resort fee per night is due upon check-in or by noon the following day for late arrivals. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover to guarantee your reservation. Rates based on double occupancy - Additional person charge of $50 per night, membership fee may apply.
Please note that there are no refunds for early departures.
*Reservations canceled 14 days or greater from the arrival date, will incur a $50.00 cancellation fee.(30 days for all Holidays)
*Reservations canceled less than 14 days will forfeit the advance deposit. (30 days for Holidays)
Inclement Weather Policy
During Hurricane Season (June - November 30), an amended Cancellation Policy applies. If a posted threat / warning of a Named Storm resulting in a posted closure of FLL, MIA or PBI airports, your advance deposit will be retained as a credit for a future visit up to 6 months 1 year from the original arrival date. This policy also applies to closures due to snow or winter weather resulting in a posted closing of the guests originating or connecting airport.
